How does Meet the Buyer Work?

PLEASE NOTE: To attend as a supplier you must be a registered exhibitor at Counter Terror Expo 2013.

The structure for the day is simple:

Suppliers request meetings with buyers they would like to meet based on the buyer’s catalogue which highlights their purchasing requirements.

One week before the event, suppliers are sent an appointment diary stating who they are meeting and at what time. We endeavour to schedule as many meetings as possible but on average we expect to organise seven meetings. Further meetings can be scheduled on the day.

At the event, buyers will be seated in their own private buyers booth. At the allocated time, suppliers make their way to the appropriate buyer where they have a 15 minute appointment. It’s amazing how even 15 minutes can be enough time to get that first vital introduction, stimulate interest in the relevant product area or service, and agree upon a course of action.

Please contact us for the cost of participation for the 2013 event.
