How much is it to attend?

If you pre-register as an exhibition visitor it is free-to-attend. Attendees who register at the event will be subject to a £50+VAT charge. We strongly advise all visitors to register as early as possible.

During the exhibition there will be a limited onsite registration facility - please expect delays if registering on-site

The World Counter Terror Congress is a paid for conference that runs alongside Security & Counter Terror Expo. Prices can be found on the website.

Am I able to attend?

Admission is restricted to professional and business visitors.

All Visitors should be engaged in bona fide areas of the security industry, Defence and associated industries, government, equipment procurement organisations, specifiers, operators / end-users, trade media, or research establishments.


Students are permitted to access Security & Counter Terror Expo on Day 2 only. Please register online and be prepared to support your application with a supporting letter or email from your University.

No person under the age of 18 years, including children of exhibitors, will be admitted during the tenancy period.

What is the vetting process?

All registrations are subject to security checks and approval by the verification team. We urge all attendees to register as far in advance as possible to ensure the quickest verification process times. Once your registration has been approved you will receive an email confirmation.

Security & Counter Terror Expo is a secure event designed for Public and Private sector professionals. To ensure your registration is approved as quickly as possible please use a professional email address rather than a personal one

Any person found to be registering to attend Security & Counter Terror Expo using false information / credentials or deliberately withholding information will have their application automatically denied and may be liable to prosecution.

How do I get my attendee badge?

You can register online for your badge. Badges will then be mailed out from four weeks out. If you do not receive your badge for any reason, please bring your badge number (detailed in your confirmation email) with you to the show. You can use this to reprint your badge at the show.

Please note that media must apply online to comply with the accreditation process.

What do I need to bring to the show?

In order to gain access you will need to bring government issued photographic ID. This can include a Passport, Driving Licence, National ID Card or Military/Police ID.

Company identification cards will not be accepted.

Can I take photographs and film?

No photography or video of stands and/or exhibits is allowed without the expressed permission of the stand manager and organisers. If you are found to be contravening these rules you will be asked to leave.

Can I register colleagues?

Yes, you can register up to ten colleagues. However, they will all be subject to security verification.
